Ground & Rise

A 4-month integrated programme for professionals who have lost their footing

When the ground shifts beneath you

Burnout rarely stays in the office. It comes home. It sits at the dinner table, lies awake at 3am beside a partner who doesn't know what to say, and is felt by children who sense something is wrong without having the words for it.

If you are reading this for someone you love — a partner, a colleague, a friend — that instinct to find them the right support is itself an act of care. Share this page. Sometimes the person in it cannot yet search for themselves.

This is not the first door. It is the deeper one.

By the time most people find Ground & Rise they have already taken the first steps. They have seen a GP. Perhaps tried talk therapy. They have rested, waited, and hoped that time alone would shift things.

And yet something remains. A fog that hasn't lifted. A frozen place where forward movement has stopped. A self that feels altered — quieter, smaller, less certain than the person they used to be.

That is where this work begins.

You may recognise yourself here

These are not weaknesses. They are the natural human response to an environment that stopped seeing you clearly.

i. You dread going to work
Something that used to feel purposeful now feels like walking into a space where you have become invisible.

ii. Your confidence has quietly collapsed
You second-guess decisions you used to make without hesitation. Your own judgement no longer feels reliable.

iii. You cannot switch off
Evenings and weekends are consumed by replaying situations, conversations, what you should have said differently.

iv. Your sleep has broken down
You cannot fall asleep, or you wake at 3am with a churning mind — or you sleep too much and still feel exhausted.

v. You feel invisible and undervalued
Years of contribution seem to count for nothing. That injustice sits heavily and you cannot put it down.

vi. You have lost your sense of who you are
Your identity was so tied to your work and your expertise that being sidelined feels like losing yourself entirely.

vii. Your body is carrying the stress
Tension, headaches, persistent fatigue that does not lift however much you rest. The pressure has become physical.

viii. You have withdrawn from people
It is easier to say nothing than to explain what is happening, so you have become quieter and more isolated than before.

ix. You oscillate between anger and flatness
Some days the frustration flares. Other days there is only a grey numbness where your drive used to be.

x. You know something has to change but you cannot see how
You are not without intelligence or capability. You are simply too close to it, and too depleted, to find the way forward alone.

What makes this different

Most support works on one level. A conversation. A technique. A strategy.

Ground & Rise works on four levels simultaneously — because lasting change requires more than one entry point.

Four layers. One integrated process.

Most support works on one level. Ground & Rise works on four simultaneously — because lasting change requires more than a conversation.

Coaching

The conscious, forward-looking layer. Clarity, values, options, and identity reconstruction. Where you are now, and where you want to go.

Hypnotherapy

The subconscious layer. Releasing stuck emotional patterns — the shame, the self-doubt, the narrative that says you are no longer enough.

Breathwork

The somatic layer. Regulating a nervous system that has been running on stress hormones for months. Real physiological reset.

Guided Meditation

The integration layer. Creating stillness, space, and reconnection to self between sessions — so the work settles and takes root.

The journey — four months, three phases

The programme follows a clear arc. You cannot rebuild before you have stabilised. You cannot move forward before you have processed. The sequence is deliberate and it is designed around how recovery actually moves — not how we wish it would.

Phase One — Stabilise
Months 1 & 2

You arrive still in the wound. The nervous system is dysregulated, the mind is loud, and the body is exhausted. This phase asks nothing except that you show up.

We bring the body down from chronic stress. We create an internal sense of safety — perhaps for the first time in a long time. And we begin, gently, to separate your identity from what has happened to you.

By the end of this phase you feel calmer, less alone, and begin to recognise yourself again.

Phase Two — Reorient
Month 3

With some ground under you, we turn toward the bigger picture.

Who are you beyond this role? What do you actually value — not what the job required of you, but what you genuinely care about? What does your body know that your mind hasn't caught up with yet?

We begin to build a new narrative. Not from what was taken, but from what remains. This is also where we address the guilt — of leaving, of not leaving sooner, of the years spent fighting a battle that was never fairly weighted. That guilt deserves to be named, examined, and released.

By the end of this phase your worth is no longer defined by your job title. Options become visible.

Phase Three — Rise
Month 4

This is the action and integration phase. Concrete, forward-looking, and energised.

We anchor new confidence. We clear remaining resistance. We rehearse what is ahead — not with false optimism, but with genuine self-knowledge and the tools to navigate whatever comes next.

The final session honours the full arc of the journey. You leave with a personal compass — a clear, grounded sense of who you are and what you are moving toward.

By the end of this phase you have clarity, restored confidence, and a direction that is genuinely yours.

The pace is yours

No two recoveries move at the same speed.

Ground & Rise offers 8 sessions as a foundation — enough for most people to regain genuine autonomy and forward momentum across the four months.

Where deeper work is needed, we extend to 12 sessions. More time. More care. The same held, sequenced process.

We assess this together as we go. You are never pushed faster than you are ready for, and never held back when you are ready to move.

What you carry with you when this is done

Not promises. A realistic picture of what becomes possible when someone holds the full complexity of where you are.

— A nervous system that has genuinely reset. Not suppressed — regulated. You sleep differently. You think more clearly.

— A sense of self that is no longer dependent on external validation or a job title. You know who you are again.

— Clarity about what you actually want next — not what you think you should want, or what you are running away from.

— The confidence to make a move — whether that is within your current situation or entirely beyond it.

— Tools and practices you own for life. Breathwork, self-hypnosis, inner anchors that hold when things get hard again.

— The experience of having been genuinely heard and held through something difficult. That in itself changes things.

The investment

By the time most people find Ground & Rise they have already paid a price far greater than €3,500.

They have paid in sleepless nights and fraying relationships. In the slow erosion of confidence that once felt unshakeable. In months of showing up to something that was quietly dismantling them. In the invisible cost of being present in body but absent in every way that matters.

This programme will not give you back the time already spent. But it will ensure that what comes next is built on ground that is genuinely yours — not on exhaustion, not on someone else's narrative of who you are, and not on the fear of what happens if you stop.

€3,500 — whether your journey takes 8 or 12 sessions.

Payable in full or in 4 monthly instalments of €875 — because financial pressure is often part of what you are already carrying, and this should not add to it.

For many people choosing this programme is the first decision in a long time that is entirely for themselves. That in itself is the beginning of something.
