4. Eligibility

5. Booking & Appointments
All sessions must be booked in advance via the Evolve Minds website or agreed booking process
A discovery call is conducted prior to all new client engagements to confirm suitability
Evolve Minds reserves the right to decline any booking where the service is deemed unsuitable for the individual
Session availability is subject to change without prior notice

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee
No-shows without prior notice will be charged at the full session rate
Evolve Minds reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary and will provide reasonable notice where possible

7. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing
All prices are displayed in [Your Currency] and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated
Evolve Minds uses secure third party payment processors — payment card details are never stored directly by Evolve Minds
Prices are subject to change without prior notice — changes will not affect already confirmed bookings

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis at the discretion of Evolve Minds
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to evolvemindsinfo@gmail.com within 3 days of the session or purchase date
Refunds will not be issued for sessions attended or digital products already accessed
Where a programme or package has commenced, refunds will be considered on a pro-rata basis only

9. Professional Boundaries & Scope of Practice

Mei Yee Lam is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Performance Coach. She is not a medical doctor, neurologist, licensed psychologist, or psychotherapist.

Evolve Minds services:
